Seeking Alpha reps have put out lies, slants, and caused misperceptions about MJNA in the past.......the fact that I see the dates of 4 November and then what was it in August the first suit? Well that tells me who is posting this did not find out about it yesterday and probably waiting until earnings to send it out to cause maximum effect.....

hey that is Seeking Alfa's MO so no reason to believe that part is false.......

That being said if it is true I would ask that someone send a link to the official government web site which these suits were filed to verify Please.....

That way we don't have another lie by another Seeking Alpha author to cause maximum effect which is then withdrawn and quietly corrected three days later after damage has been done already.....
