Morning lawdog. Sadly I believe you know the answer to that. If a new investor comes along and just does the most basic of research, they will see the lies and broken promises from the hodges. The stop sign and no financial statements will cause a serious investor to move on. Again you only get one shot at a first impression and the hodges seem clueless how to make that good impression.

Perhaps some day, but in the meantime, potential new money goes elsewhere. A gambler might jump in and grab some but the volume will be low and won't last.

Wish I was wrong but doubt I am.

Simple way to fix it, they just need to do IT.
