WOW! I went to my Ameritrade account and there it was! They just filed a notice of late filing as I thought they might due to time restraints. So it will be out either in five Business days or by the 15th of Dec.. which is the 15th following this filing due date.

I am betting that it will now be 15th Dec. as the accounting firm was just hired and would certainly need more time. But, if the negotiations between them before hiring was early enough they just might make the five days. We shall see.

Side note: The very fact that thy went to the trouble to hire an American firm shouts volumes to me. They certainly want to do things right and don't far the light of a good CPA firm.
So as I said, unless things prove to be really bad I think they intend to make this company grow!
