“Based on a dismissal of this Involuntary Petition, the Alleged Debtor
hereby asserts a claim against the Petitioning Creditors for costs, a
reasonable attorneys fee, damages sustained by the alleged debtor and
punitive damages, all of which will be asserted following the
Dismissal of the Involuntary Petition.” (P.-6).
