Alright, heres the official part as the 10-Q was filed when I went to bed here in the other timezone.
From the 10Q:

In the middle:

Total revenues generated from the sales of Surgex?, Bikini Ready?, SlimTrim? and Martha Stewart Essentials? for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 totaled $276,790, an increase of 811% from the nine months ended September 30, 2012 which totaled $30,381. The primary reason for the increase was due to the Company's introduction of Martha Stewart Essentials and the newly formulated Surgex brand along with the introduction of Bikini Ready and SlimTrim to the retailers during the nine months ended September 30, 2013. The introduction of these brands continues to show growth into the fourth quarter of 2013.

-Again, the sales are in its infant phase, but are growing 3-4 digits per quarter.

One of the last paragraphs:

The net result for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 was a loss of $6,317,419 or $0.12 per share which included a preferred dividend on the Series G stock in the amount of $1,118,800, compared to a loss of $5,195,537 or $0.15 per share for the nine months of 2012. The net loss for the nine months of 2013 increased by $1,121,882 or 22% as compared to the nine months of 2012, primarily due to an increase in selling, general and administrative expenses.

-Alright, this is the $450k, once a year royalties paid to Martha Stewart PLUS advertising rights. This will come back later.

Management will continue to make an effort to lower operating expenses and increase revenue. The Company will continue to invest in further expanding its operations and a comprehensive marketing campaign with the goal of accelerating the education of potential clients and promoting the name and products of the Company.

-Delivering what he promised, promoting the conpamny to the right investors, which are long term.

Actually I see a lot of investments and hired personell costs, but I also still see a very bright future.

Obviously, introducing and shipping/producing the products costs them money now.
Once they earn it through sales, these will show in the next quarter.

Currently, we are in the "now" phase.

ALL products are on 3-4 digit growth per quarter, name a company that has better results please.
