Theres another stock that I follow that was at .0001 (yes triple zero 1) in early Aug of this year. It had been at .0001 for an entire year. The company was not current on filings and it was practically a wasteland. Then suddenly mid-August, certain filings & paperwork were submitted to the State and the sleeping giant started waking up. Investors responded and the pps started picking up. The pps hit .01 within within 4wks. and hasn't fallen below .0070s in recent weeks.
