Well, here we are again. The filing deadline has passed with no 10Q. Not even the 12b-25. The bottom line is that AAPT doesn't care about investors or potential investors. They haven't been timely since last year. (If you think Q2 was timely, look at the time stamp, they were 34 minutes late). Pathetic. B&L must have the "development stage entity" mentality too just like their investors do because they can't face the results, or the ridicule that will come when the numbers are released.

B&L must have better things to do like run around town showing up to court as defendants.

Any of you supporters think the 10Q is late because the numbers are just too good to be true?
