As KMAG seems to be a scam. The question now becomes. Is is possible that us shareholders will recover anything by way of an SEC fine? I hold shares I can't get rid of. I suspect that this is simply being traded between JR's henchmen in an effort to prop it up artificially. I would rather this junk get shutdown so that I can claim the losses on my taxes but is there a chance we will recover pennies on the dollar?
