4 Million Shares is not Diluting. Diluting shares would be 15 Million or more. 4 Million is an amount a regular shareholder would have. You need to be scared of the regular Shareholders this company has. To my knowledge 4 people have 50 Million Shares each waiting for the right time to unload. Thats not to mention those with 45, 40 35 etc. Whats happening here is pocket change.
