I was talking to a young researcher that they have on staff and he actually mentioned the various applications outside of the NFL and you have named just about every single one he mentioned.

On your other point, I was thinking the same thing. My friend and I on the way back from the event talked about how they could get around the identification issue and that was the one way we came up with. However, I think that Dr. Taylor is shooting for specificity and really wants to be able to do it with out having to have a baseline test. This would allow for better application in the ER since you wouldn't be able to get a baseline for everybody that might have a car accident.

One other thing I picked up while there was CTSO might be left out in the cold when it comes to the Battelle DARPA contract. This is my opinion and not fact.
