Why did BZNE rebound? Here's why -->
I posted this to Yahoo Finance here is the answer

Question: Why did it rebound to 60s on day one? Ask yourself that and understand what's really happening

If all of the bashers are correct here, this stock 'should have' (I say very tongue-in-cheek) traded down to .10s or .20s. However and instead - instead! - BioZone rebounded to .60s on the very first day, and it achieved this incredible rebound hours after the announcement of the divestiture- after the divestiture was already public! Why? Why, why, why. If this stock just sold substantially all of its assets to MusclePharm and there really was 'nothing left,' the stock should have totally collapsed. But it didn't. No, instead what happened is that a few ignorant retail investors panicked out in the morning, and the smart money held their shares and bought back.

Ask yourself: Why is BioZone NOT trading at its firesale liquidation value of $10 million? Why is it still in the .40s and .50s? Why, can you answer that question? The only rational answer is that Dr. Frost is going to do what he did with SFES with BioZone. BioZone has no current assets, just a world-class partnership with Dr. Frost, the most enviable pharmaceutical investor in the world.

Remember SFES? The company that went from $0.25 to $1.70 because Dr. Frost merged in new operations into basically a shell company? Look at the stock chart and study the history of SFES. It is exactly what is happening right now with BioZone. This stock is trading so strong (staying in .40s and .50s instead of collapsing to its liquidation value of $10 million) because the smart money knows that Dr. Frost is taking this to $1.70 or more, just like he did with SFES.

Merger is coming. The company has already press released its intentions. Merger and Dr. Frost's SFES magic is coming. Do not bet against Dr. Frost, he is crushing all shorts this year on all of his companies.
