Ha $70. More like .0007 or less coming to this one. 900M authorized and 234M outstanding. And when you go to the most recent Q filing, and add up all of the conversions it comes up to another 255M worth of dilution.
This is going to be diluted into the ground, and then raise the authorized & do it some more.
Run while you can! I personnaly would not put 10 cents into this stock.
Worst Q filing I have ever seen. Absolutely nothing in it (no numbers) at all. What is Clark driving around when on his ventures. Likely a Bentley rental car on shareholders money!!
