No 8-K, no deal…just hearsay in a PR…same with financials tomorrow…not audited, could be entirely made up…Show the goddamn proof in a filing...



This company doesn't show one single basic info where investors can verify before they invest in.

1) The Transfer Agent is gagged.
2) The IR firm doesn't have a name attach to it.
3) The qualified investment conglomerate is mysterious along with the purchase price per share.

Please don't tell me to go into the office to verify things out.
