IF you were part of the RS, it is the same.

If you are new to SBRH/SBRHD/NVCB,
1) there are concerns of maintaining pps value. The value on the open will be based on the RS value, not on actual business value. That can fall or rise quickly based on perception. Hard not to worry about value being perceived poorly and the pps dropping. And from .20 there is a LOT of space to fall. And if it falls, not likely to get back to that level.

2) Not nearly as fun getting a few shares for $1,000 when you can have millions of shares at the sub-penny level.

3) Hard to make multi-bags at the level. Could happen, but .000x to .00x is much easier and means a LOT of bags o' money!!! .20 to $1 is very hard and not as lucrative....
