Doesn't matter if it's a scam or not, the CEO wants the pps up

Fair enough, only one question here: how does a higher pps benefit him? He has no common stock, he said he won't issue more or R/S, so what's in it for him? I just don't believe that he wants a higher pps for the shareholders alone?
