Well the main price requirement to list on the nasdaq is $4, and according to the VPCO 8K.

that the split ratio is required to yield an immediate post-split adjusted price per share of common stock of not less than 150% of the minimum bid price required for the Company to list its shares of common stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market;

This means the stock is going to be at the very least $6 before they list to the NASDAQ, which would indicate a 1 for 6 RS. however I would imagine they would do something closer to 1:10 as a 1:6 is the Minimum they will RS. Just my guess, but it seems very plausible.

However!

However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3 or $2 if the company meets varying reequirements.

According to this so it is possible to list at a lower price, so the RS could be less:

maybe a anywhere from a 4:1 - 6:1 under terms of a $2 or $3 list price.

I would still bet on a 10:1 though.
