The BULK of the selling is NITE trying to SHORT it as low as they can get it. Just another OLD TRICK by a cunning MM who has a boat load of pink sheet shares sitting on their numerous employees desk to unload!!

They will start the PPS falsely heading back up, flood the message boards with " better get in " posts by their cunning little staff members with noting better to do and the process will begin once again.

Is it ILLEGAL?? Sure it is but who cares? They know they can get away with it because only a handful of people will report it to the Whistleblowers site. Wonder what would happen if 300+ complaints would hit that site by tomorrow?? Do you think some ears would get perked at the SEC??

Wash, spin, repeat..........as the old saying goes until mid December when they will create another FRENZY buying week with those 4th quarter numbers PROVING the START of something great at SEEK!! But IMHO, we won't see the real NITE flying into action until mid January with the 2013 full year update and complete numbers from Scott, including 2014 cash flow projections!!!!!
