The problem/dilema for me- is I think I found a nice bit of info on the sand and gravel side that is pretty darn positive- but I keep thinking I could get blindsided if I jump in PBLS for the long haul , so I continue to look for stuff. Lots of info under the land search - that's where I am looking at now-
