I think the $64,000 question is why did Fuse pledge it's entire asset base for a relatively paltry $700,000? and for 2 months?

My own sense is Fuse could have generated that money several other ways.

Perhaps Twit can enlighten us, and I ask in all seriousness. I am puzzled by this almost rash, over the top, panicky need for $700,000.
