I have the same issue when I first tried to sign up. I did not even know I had an account until I checked my email because the page errored on me. Even now I try to use there help desk and I get the same message when I try to send a comment. I am completly disconnected from communication. I tried emailing about this issue from an address I found on this IHUB and still no response to this issue. If this is happening to others this is very very BAD!
