Crow: This is what makes most of the posts on this board so ridiculous:

Your statement:
Scam by silence occurs when a Company fails to disclose negative things. Whatever happened to the MP plan to test the landmine detector under ice, for example/ Many more examples can be cited.. but you already know about them.

You guys just can't get serious about the ever increasing potential of this new CDEX.

You know dam well that that, under ice crap was Lh's BS, and even if Mp went along with it ,IMO he already had plans to get the tech. You also know that he tabled it,(because he told us so) rather than scrapping it because the potential didn't seem to be there without too much financial outlay. In fact other than time delays I can think of anything that he has promised that has not materialized( completely successful or not, not withstanding). If it wasn't being worked ,we were not lead to believe it was, after his first year of reviewing what he had to work with.

Bring your arguments up to present day situations and be realistic about it and maybe some people would pay attention to all of you. This could be a pleasant board without the childish rehashing of days long gone past, calling for equally ridiculous rebuttal.

Most of us have buried an embarrasing past and are ready to move on. If there are so called company scammers involved they are fast being outnumbered by people of integrity, who are starting to show respect and a possibly life saving technology.

I don't buy that one in every drug store or 40 in a hospital, That is over exuberance,on the part of excited shareholders. I don't call it hype either, not in comparison to the unfounded bashing BS that is posted on some of these boards.

In a recent post Rotten mentioned the financial condition of many hospitals. Part of that condition may be because of the
expensive premiums that they pay for in casualty and accidental harming or death premiums.

Now anybody thinking half way positive will see that if ValiMed does what the few hospitals and BAXA have declared it does, that Insurance policy holders may insist on such a device, and will offer considerable reductions in premiums. Most of us get reductions in miniscule deals such as a burglar alarm ,smoke detectors, double locking devices, just for home owners insurance, even limited mileage use on automobiles.
I would not be surprised if soon(once completely proven) Insurance premium savings may not cover much of the leasing fees.

I just spent a couple of days in a hospital and I noticed that the intravenous medications (that I received) were prepackaged from a supplier.(there is an excellent source for ValiMed, that I hope has been approached).
I do know that the nurses are very cautious. I received two units of blood and before administering each one of them the nurse had another head nurse check all the information right in front of me. Note;I'll still be around. It was diverticulosis, internal bleeding in the intestines (probably from gouging on nuts).DUMB to say the least. LOL

Back to the serious stuff: IMO, until it is finally proven that ValiMed can read a pill without destroying it ,or read through a container,I can't see much value in drug stores unless the large chains would have one or two within a day or two delivery time, as a main company pharmacy lab,to service the retail pharmacies, which is a good possibility, since that type of home care is usually not time critical.
Possibly with success ,when the word got out,the smaller pharmacies may have to look into it to keep their customers( all fully speculation.)

IMO over exuberance can be forgiven, due to the impatient waiting and potential expectations. but so called bashing because one can not believe that a one time scam can become potentially successful, under mostly new control is plain pigheadedness.

Our so called guardian angel and his constant negative implications, and constant declaring he is looking out for us is scary to say the least. IMO the SEC is much more aware of what CDEX is trying to get away with than He will ever be. He
has admittedly written enough letters to them, that they could not overlook CDEX(I suppose we should thank him for that). They might be laughing at him,but I still laugh when I think of Charley Chaplin,so I guess I haven't forgotten him.
IMO he has much deeper motives than helping shareholders.
