I agree with that as well...however I think it's still going on. Remember 500M shares at an average of .008 is only $4M. If Plasticon has funds to start acquiring companies you can bet they have plenty of cash to push a buyback of this caliber.

Remember also that alot of people sold for tax write-offs in December and bought back in January...there is probably some of that going on as well.
