IMO the O/S is now 4-5 BILLION and Vincent will DUMP the last 3-4 BILLION at .0001 when AXLX is no bid. 4 BILLION at .0001 = 400,000.00 for this SCAM. After all 8.1 BILLION shares are DUMPED then AXLX will REVERSE SPLIT as noted in the SEC filing released yesterday. What a SWEET SCAM Vincent is running here. This post is IMHO.
