Another ridiculous company

According to the company 10Q report ending August 31, 2013; the company has $14 (fourteen dollars, NOT fourteen thousand) in cash as its only asset with $183,474 in liabilities.

For this company, that has negative equity of over $183K, the market cap is over $12 million.

I have serious doubts as to the value of their claims since why would anyone sell any claim to a company that has no way to develop them.
