Currently, CDEX is worth $36.4 million. Could Baxa's initial "investment" be a preliminary down payment for the purchase of CDEX? And after the first sales of the ValiMed units, it will consider purchasing the company? And if so, would CDEX pay each and every shareholder a price per share equivalent to the current market value?
