There are so many great things happening with this company and right now it's simply in consolidation mode, getting stronger everyday and ready to break out. When the iOS is released, this is going to continue its uptrend and consolidate at higher PPS's along the way, all because of revenues. Subscription revenues, which is a lot of money. My guess is this will hit $0.25 by February 2014 and then when it hits that point, it will go even higher and faster.
