This one had scam written all over it. All you had to do was look into it. I did, I posted the facts here. This one was really transparent. The pumpers were also transparent in their goals. They were being paid in shares by Tim or they were just trying to get a run. But look at who the pumpers were. I mean, come on...the majority of them were tied in with Silverado. The two PR guys, the family, their friends. They were all tied together. All tied to Tim. There was an abundance of proof that XYTOS wasn't real.
If this thing does to to trial, I wonder if Tim will point the finger at these pumpers. Maybe he'll try to take them down with him.
I doubt this will go to trial, Tim is going to be broke and bankrupt, as he should be. But that's about it.
