sentencing info just surfaced, its new,and-very-soon

nothing wrong with debating the merits and ramifications, especially if the evidence shows there is nothing to fear……

but the court, obviously, has said NOTHING on the sentencing, so NO EVIDENCE can lead an investor to feel comfortable with this issue, especially from some shareholder who laughs at everyone else's real questions, present company excused……AND ……especially with the chance of incarceration for Foley, given the TONE of the government's opinion in most recent cases
