FLPC: from 10-K........Risk Factors: As a "smaller reporting company", we are not required to provide the information required by this item.........

Interesting........most OTCBB stocks have lengthy things say in this dept.......this is an 86 page 10-K.......probably the largest I've ever seen for an OTCBB stock.......and they only used one sentence for risk factor........interesting.........$$$
