From what I understand. When a company starts a buy back program. All buy backs must be done at the bid not the ask. If it was done on ask it would artificially inflate the price. With that said. I have been here almost a year and never seen any large chunks of 25000 or 30000 shares being bought/sold. So we are now competing with a 320 million buy back. Isn't it going to be difficult for the price to go up substantially for at least 6 months. Any in site on this would be appreciated.
