I agree with you on the below:

PPHM has been lacking in the "good PR" department for a long, long time.



It gets on my nerves. I am since last annual convinced it is NOT incompetence. For me that makes it worse. if it where incompetence one would understand.

But the problem whether with Lindheim, Amy, Chris, Jay etc persists.
They cant' all have been incompetent. So there is some pressure from higher regions for that continuously need to play things down.

Even Steve yesterday played down several things and each time you think: Why doesn't he say this.; or that, things that are already disclosed ... but he doesn't.

It gets really on my nerves just because I can't get to the info WHY they do it.
