All they did was cash in on the equity line agreement they had... They cancled what seem to be a 10,000,000 share agreement with 3,330,000 actualy sold and sold the other 6,670,000 to the public at a high share price... Sounds good to me 6m volume id guess that half was traded out and after thursday we move up
