Got off phone with the company. I told them

"do you realize if you are lying about no dilution what this means for you? You will get lawsuits."

They told me, and I QUOTE

"We do not how to make it anymore clear to you or anyone of the many shareholders we have. WE ARE NOT DILUTING. If someone is saying we are, that is a complete lie and misrepresentation of the company. We have worked very hard these past couple months to make things more transparent to our shareholders. We do understand the consequences of the possible actions by the SEC if a company lies. I can guarantee you, we are not selling any shares. We will make sure you get your pictures within the next couple of days

the pictures were in regards to the contracts and agreements they have already announced
