If it's any help at all I also thought the SEC issues could be addressed post suspension but once I did my own DD mostly on the SEC website and I found that the suspension was imposed secondary to a SEC investigation of FV. If they had what the SEC needed they would not have been suspended. All my DD tells me they could not do so and that's why the suspension was placed. I hope this helps as I was also under the impression they could get out from under the suspension but unfortunately found they were suspended because they could not do so prior to the suspension.
