could be 1 option, but why sell the chicken when you can keep selling the eggs. A fresh reverse split with a couple pump PRs could bring in a few bucks to get them through for the next year or more.
Dilution at its finest....Either way shareholders lost big time.

As far as we know, KATX doesn't have much debt or other outstanding obligations to financiers, so it would be relatively easy to sell as an empty shell. Bubba will get to keep a piece of that in his pocket while pretty much wiping out his old shareholders. I won't be surprised when and if that happens. KATX is not much good to him or anybody else as it is. Might as well sell it.
