Morgans Before Eagles

I totally agree I would be buying Morgans before Silver Eagles or other similar bullion (Canadian Maple Leafs, etc.)

There are two things I do not like about Silver Eagles - the premium to buy and their movement with spot price. As you may know, buying Silver Eagles requires a decent premium above their spot price. Also, their value tends to follow the spot price very closely.

I agree with WER 100% that Morgans are a better choice. They have historically held their values better and their numismatic nature likely means they will hold their value better in the future than bullion coins.

Analyze the Anticipation!!!
