What a bunch of negatative posts today. The best one was the one about tequila (r). About the company using the video to sell shares really, if they were going to do that then they would wait till after the video to sell. The one about the company is going to put out a video saying bankrupt, out of business, closed down. Now that is totally out of line. If that were the case the company would not publish a video to make those type of statements, you would just wake up in the morning to see the sec has revoked the trading of the stock.

And yes we are on the greys, we have drop from .017 down to .0015 while on the greys and then we have had a run up from .0015 to .012 while on the greys. All of this time the company has been making progress at a very fast pace. This company is moving forward and they are not going out of business IMO.

The company has been very carefull about what they put in their pr's and it has all been concrete info not fluff. The sec has been watching them closely since August 3rd. Everything said in the pr's are true and it is evidinced by the continued progress the company is making with the joint venture and Brand 315 in China. The progression of Globe Staff and Sensor Media acquisitions and the opening of offices and labs in China. Also Innov=X opening up manufacturing plant in China. This is all real folks, it is so funny how when the stock price goes down for a few weeks everyone seems to think negative. Just because we dont get a pr for a month does not mean the company is not making progress.

We will hear about the progress on Thursday, not that we are going out of business. When we read about the 2 billion units of products on the poorly translated Brand 315 website in early November, the press release did not come out about the actual contract until November 21st. The contract was actually signed on November 8th.

So if we have new contracts in the works, which I would think that we do, we may not hear about them in a pr until a week or two after the actual contract is signed.

Maybe the company does this for a good reason, maybe they need to pass it by the sec before they release something big. I know If I were CEO and was under investigation by the sec, I surley would be passing every pr by them first before releasing it.

As far as the trading today 30 million shares is only about 1% of the outstanding shares. If some people have a million some have 5 million, we are only talking about a few people buying and selling. Look at gzfx, they sometimes trade 100 to 300 million shares a day which is about 3-5% of their outstanding shares. The trading in my opinion is really in a holding pattern with a few people loosing faith and selling cheap. Most are holding, otherwise we would see a sharp drop in the price and 100's of millions of shares sold per day.

Well enough said, I had a long day and I will see you all in the morning.
