Dear Pete, I said they have not launched yet, and thus I talk about 400Mhz. You have agreed. Thus they would need to launch at least two new regular speed grades to reach 2800Mhz until Dempsey´s launch which is fairly soon, and three new speed grades to reach 3000Mhz. That is not exactly rocket science. I said 2800Mhz is possible. I also said I think 3000Mhz is unlikely within that timeframe.

The rest is your own strawman, and I posted at this board about Opteron 285/95W at ebay quite a bit earlier than you did.
