Have you read the annual report? There are two things that got my attention. The first one is the potential 85m$ that oleovest could obtain. MNELF own 85% of Oleovest, I don't know much about them, but if settlement is reached (& positive), I see huge upside.

The second one is the forward statement. It seems they are trying to seek out for a partner which could operate their business. They do not seems to have abandoned hope on their business operation. If MNELF was to BK, I think it should have happened already. I may buy 5K at 0.02-3$ to average down and try to minimize my losses.
