Isn't it the amount or percentage of shares owned? What about Preferred shareholders outside of the exec's?
I'm sure there are different circumstances from company to company.
REVO public shareholders, like iHub'ers aren't counted as "shareholders of record". Wouldn't they have to own a certain percentage of shares for a certain amount of time to be counted?

Revenues forever? Sounds like a party. What about if it's a certain amount and then that's it. No chance to increase. Who knows.
