Saw this coming and posted about it many times, this was dead since Dec 2010.

Scam since inception

1000/1 pretty nasty...I guess the dilution starts as soon at the split happens. Might be a new ford truck in Kens future, maybe even be able to rent back the office space the pole dancers took.

With the reverse split, it lowers the OS while giving Ken/Katx an increase in the non-issued shares from AS. AS remains same, OS decreases.
