I'm sure we just have different experiences litigating criminal cases my friend...the governor and the lt governor had the duty to report, not JW, and they didnt..that is simply the fact of the matter

Lots of law abiding citizens don't cooperate with criminal prosecutions for scores of different reasons...both law abiding citizens and criminals exercise their 5th Amendment rights and do not cooperate with investigations.

that being said, Williams is not some ordinary guy who walks in off the street as an occurrence witness to a crime...he was a target of a public corruption task force....if the WAPO reports of sources are correct, Williams has already told the feds that he had an expectation that Antabloc would be in the state healthcare system...he's a cooperating witness, rendered such by being the target of a federal corruption probe..they may not choose to indict the ex gov but if they do their primary witness against him will be Williams.

If he just went in there to clear his name he would have issued a public statement to reassure management and the shareholders nothing was amiss...he isnt answering questions and has resigned from active management of STSI...what exactly do you think is going on??????

I have already made my judgment about the guys integrity by not investing as long as he was running the show....
