Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately this is how the Gray market works, it can be very difficult to get an execution. This is not an issue with TDAmeritrade. KMAG is a Gray market security which means there is no consolidated bid or ask price and no orders are "due" executions. Since there is no consolidated bid or ask, when a market maker receives an order they must reach out to 3 other destinations to get the current quote. If your market maker is not contacted your order is not known and it will not fill. Please reply if we can further assist.
