Agreed. I confirmed through the Deleware SOS, paperwork was filed to increase the A/S to 4B. I'm waiting on today's short volume report; certainly I would not want to be short based on today's A/S increase. How easy it would be to turn-and-burn, (beginning a share buyback - and never touching the additional shares).

For all we know, the buyback may have begun today (HUGE VOLUME INCREASE)!!!
