Thanks for this. Looks like Pete is using Hop-On Properties now. Isn't surprising, as he is always starting new corporations to stay away from the collectors. A tip for anyone who needs to sue Peter Michaels; make sure you read carefully to ensure you have the right corporation. A few people on this board have had to refile lawsuits because Michaels claimed they sued the wrong company. Michaels has also used this trick in several cases where he was being evicted. Michaels knows he can stop proceedings and reset the clock if you file wrong. I will give it to Pete, he is a great con artist, and knows the court system better than most lawyers.

The "properties" part makes sense since the current wife has/had a real estate license. I'm not sure if Michaels can get a real estate license with his two felonies???
