FINAL!!!!

It very clearly states the STATUS of this case is DISPOSED!!!! and that status is FINAL!!!! Get it, FINAL, FINISHED, "KAPUTE", DEFUNCT, CLOSED, DONE, ENDED - CANNOT BE REOPENED.

Ladies and Gentlemen, that is saying "THIS CASE IS CLOSED"! I think that is the situation. Now, because I, being a layman, cannot say with 100% certainty that my interpretation is correct.
