I was contacted by the authorities in a letter basically stating this is a civil matter until a prosecutor makes a decision to go after them in a criminal setting.

That means I gotta sue, and yes, while anyone who sues would probably win, it's gonna cost money to do that. If it is turned into a class action, then we all can jump in and try to recover, but that costs money, too....

I can chalk it up and take a tax loss for a couple years...I probably need that more.
