I really don't feel the need to continue on with your demented view of how the corporate world works but I think this last statement of yours is typical of the Demented One's way of convenience following proper corporate governance only when it suits the overall deceptive plan.

It appears to me that TMMI relies on a very competent legal team that follows proper corporate procedural law. Something I think you are seriously underestimating you Dimension Inc. shareholder you.
