I think you are in the same boat as me. An investor who is learning as we go trying to figure out where all this is going. I have no agenda other then to make money on my shares of FVSTA. However I have discovered after doing my own DD that FVSTA had there chance prior to the SEC suspension to avoid it by attending to the SEC's concerns. Had they the suspension would not have been issued. FF to now the SEC has suspended them, causing MM to avoid them and hence they will trade on the grey market once the suspension expires. To be listed on the OTC again would take some doing plus what the SEC already asked for and did not get so that is not likely at all from what I have been able to dig up. Again I am learning as I go here but that is the jest of it as I have gathered in just these past few days.
