He didn't say when we would uplist to Nasdaq. My guess is sometime after the 2 year period he quoted a no RS zone.

As I see it, we uplist to OTCQB next year. Adhere to Nasdaq requirements for at least one year. That means profitability, growth and revenue targets. Then, in 2016, we uplist with a small RS to get the OS down to <500M.
